The "sweet" soul trio of Harry Ray, Al Goodman, and Billy Brown scored several hits for All Platinum/Stang Records in the early '70s as the Moments before they became Ray, Goodman & Brown in 1978. They moved to Polygram, where their poignant ballad "Special Lady" topped the R&B charts in 1979 and reached number five pop. They remained on Polydor until 1981, getting one more Top 20 hit with "Inside of You" in 1980. They moved to Panoramic, then on to EMI, where they got their last Top Ten single in 1986, "Take It to the Limit." What a great CD, I've been a fan of the Moments for the last 35 years. From "Love On A Two-Way Street" To "Baby Let's Rap Now". The MOMENTS belong in the ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME.

Intimate Moments are back
RG&B sound as good if not better than they have ever sounded. This is the album that the "old school crowd" has been waiting for along with "A Moment with Fiends" you will have the definitive collection of love songs for all time. I urge you to see their live performance and pick up these two albums.

This CD is great! I told my wife they never skipped a beat in all these years, they are still a great group. I gave it to her to listen to on my portable CD player (song: Someone's Missing Your Love) and she went off into dreamland -- she began dancing around the room! She said it made her think about the fun of old times. I agree! We've been fans of Ray, Goodman, and Brown for over 30 years --since high school! We will always buy their music. The singing is fantastic and the quality superb.

Superb vocals as usual from one of the most coveted 70's Soul Singing Groups. This CD rounds out my Ray, Goodman and Brown/Moments collection

Smooth Soul From a Classic (and Classy) Group
If you like smooth soul and group harmony, then the latest by Ray Goodman and Brown is a must. It is rare that I find more than a few songs on a CD worth listening to besides the ones I purchased it for. In this case, I was pleasently surprised: I was able to listen to the first ten songs straight through! My favorites: "I've Been Good to You" "Girl I Want To Be the One,""Someone's Missing Your Love" and "Long Gone (written by Blue Magic's Ted "Wizard" Mills). It is unfortunate that, given the state of radio today, that many people will not get a chance to hear this disk or any new disks by classic soul artists. I strongly recommend this disk!
