Collectables' The Definitive Collection: Knights in Rusty Armour is a box set including six original LPs on three CDs. (Released between 1964 and 1967, the records appearing are A World Without Love, I Don't Want to See You Again, I Go to Pieces, True Love Ways, Woman, and Lady Godiva.) Far from the album magnificence on display in the mid-'60s careers of the Beatles, the Kinks, and the Rolling Stones, Peter & Gordon LPs weren't outstanding collections to begin with; the hits were always the best songs, and most of their records were littered with subpar covers ranging from "Any Day Now (My Wild Beautiful Bird)" to "High Noon (Do Not Forsake Me)." Anyone with an interest is better served by exploring the individual CDs, all available separately. ~ John Bush
