| Very charming movie
The idea may be a bit farfetched, but this is a very charming movie. I'm a born and bred Southerner, and some of the accents are a bit fake, but this is a great movie--very entertaining.

| This movie is a real treat
The thing is that every scene in this movie is a distinct surprise. The startling happenings are the opposite of what you expected: For here's a sleepy southern town in summertime and everything seems quite ordinary except that... suddenly... a little slip of a girl arrives with her mama and the girl takes over with the aplomb and confidence of a queen.
