4 stars The title of this film isn't as good as the film
This is a good film with a lot of suspense. It also has basically a two part scene scenario, one taking place in the backcountry and one taking place in the city. Sydney and Tom play well off each other and both appear to be accomplished in their fields. Highly recommended!

5 stars THRILLING
A movie with a good twist and drama as FBI agent Warren Stantin (Sidney poituer) is called in to investigate a murder that leads to a thrilling pursuit of a murderer. Jonathon Knox (Tom Berenger)joins in to help Stantin to track this murderer down which takes place Pacific Northwest mountains. A movie well worth it's money and thankfully on dvd in it's original widescreen presented with sheer Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. A thriller that beats most thrillers.

Sidney Poitier, one of film's most distinguished and acclaimed actors, returns to the screen after a decade-long absence in this must-see, action-filled thriller. When a cunning murderer vanishes into the rugged mountains of the Pacific Northwest, pursuing FBI agent Warren Stantin (Poitier) must exchange familiar city streets for unknown wilderness trails. Completely out of his element, Stantin is forced to enlist the aid of expert tracker Jonathan Knox (PLATOON'S Tom Berenger). It's a turbulent yet vital relationship they must maintain in order to survive ... and one that becomes increasingly desperate when Knox's girlfriend Sarah (Kirstie Alley of CHEERS) becomes the killer's latest hostage.

Laura Branigan's third album capitalized on the Euro-dance-pop and affecting ballads that made her an international star while allowing her to grow as a vocalist. Her collections, always uneven in terms of material, benefit mostly from her stellar voice, and this is no exception."The Lucky One" and "Heart" start slow and build to a crescendo, perfectly showcasing her range without being obvious. The title track, about finding sex in the seamy side of town, sparked a bit of a controversy, but ended up being her second biggest hit. The song itself works, but Branigan was never a sex bomb, so the fact that she pulls it off is indicative of her power as a performer. "Ti Amo" is the album's theatrical ballad, which works well with breathy, dramatic vocals. She even pulls off a graceful cover of "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" that is clear and simple, while "Breaking Out" and "Take Me" are perfect examples of synthesizer-driven '80s dance ditties. The only slow moments come with "Silent Partners" and "With Every Beat of My Heart," and that's not because they're ballads.
