| one of the best alternative/ blues albums ever! i love this album. there are so many great songs on it. and 'Seven Nation Army' is one of the all-time greats. it was one of the first songs i learned on the guitar, and it is amazing. i can't get enough. and then "Get Behind Me Satan" came out and i just lost my mind. | It's True That We Love One Another i am a big fan of the white strips and was surprised by this album. the first song Seven Nation Army grabs you right off with a strong bass line. the rest of the albun is lacking the edge their last album had and that was a disappointment to me. this is not there best album but it is a great album none the less. | white red or balck instead i have heard almost every song that the white stripes have made and i am obsessed! I have been listening to them since I was four years old and even then I was moved by their wicked style and sound. I am in middle school and we have this week at school where we have themed days. For one it was twin and triplet day and i asked my friend if she would be Meg white and I would be Jack! the only problem was I'm a girl but that would just make it more fun!!!!!!!!! :) By Jordan (America) |
| rock is not dead but it isnt the white stripes either.. anyone who thinks that nothing will ever surpass classic rock needs to give it up and just accept that they can enjoy other music.. it would be a very sad thought to think that the best music was made 30 years ago and will never be topped, classic rock lovers are the most stubborn people on the planet, other music does exist.. but elephant isnt what you should be looking at.. look into deftones, rage against the machine, and dream theater if you want rock music By smolinski (troy, MI) |
| Yeeeaaah... How did hey "sell out"?! Do you even know what that means? Don’t be a fool and think before you speak. This album rocks, this bands rocks and John Lennon is clapping in his grave! By Sila (North-West) |
