| Killer Crue on "New Tattoo" !!!! This is a fantastic release of great songs from a band that never says die!!Randy Castillo does a magnificent job filling in for the absent Tommy Lee here.Randy died much too soon.He was another great yet somewhat underated rock drummer in my opinion.Randy fit in with the Crue much better than John Corabi did on the "Motley Crue" CD.The music on "Tattoo is a vast improvement from the stuff on "Generation Swine".I think the Crue haven't sounded so good since Dr.Feelgood".I highly recommend this album to all hard rock fans.Sure,"New Tattoo" has a couple of throw-away fillers included. However, overall it is another classic disc that is pure classic Motley Crue. | Killer Crue on " New Tattoo" This is great stuff and an attempt to get back to basics and just have fun making loud nasty in ya face music.Randy Castillo does a fantastic job taking over for Tommy Lee.Randy's work with Ozzy was excellent also. What a shame he died so young. It would be a bigger shame if Crue fans didn't pick this disc up just because of Lee's absence.Sure there are a couple of throw away fillers here but overall "Tattoo" is another classic Crue album.I like it much better than "Generation Swine" and I think they haven't sounded so good since "Dr.Feelgood".Long Live Motley Crue!R.I.P. | Great Album Well richard in case you didnt notice nikki sixx is the chief songwriter of crue. It would be a better album if Tommy was on it though. The song 'Hell On High Heels' is bloody excellent! great chorus. Motley crues '07' release should be good as well. By riffraff_589 (Victoria, Australia) |
| It's Ok, not bad the whole album is pretty good but it is a change from stuff like Wild Side and Too Fast For Love. It isn't their greatest but i can see better from the Crue in the future. By Crue Head 4 Life (Vacaville, CA, USA) |
| Its good........... It is missing Tommy Lee and his music writing, but overall its a good cd. Downside, there seem to be three fillers on this album. Hollywood ending, White Punks on Dope and Punched in the teeth by love are the best songs on the album. By Richard (Cedar Park, Texas) |
