groove, a cool pattern and stick twirling
if you´re on stick twirling.... this is a must!!, definetely! (in fact, the dvd it´s worth it for that). johnny shows how he applied the nun chucks technique and his roots from marching bands into his stick twirling.
in addition to, he shows a very cool drum pattern, and makes you understand the REALLY importance of the GROOVE.
but, sometimes i was bored. = (
