Future Sound of Jazz V.2 CDs (2000)
Music From the Fashion Week New York London Milan Paris Issue #02 songs Too many dance compilations which include the word "jazz" in their title are sample-fests with bland loops and breaks that don't even deserve the dumbed-down "jazzy" term. Compost's Future Sound of Jazz is an obvious exception; tracks by Nightmares on Wax, the Gentle People (an Aphex Twin remix), Tortoise, æ-Ziq and Patrick Pulsinger make it one of the best electronica compilations around. (The American issue of Future Sound of Jazz corresponds to the second volume of the original Future Sound ...

Bobby Cutchins Timeless CD (2012)
Music From the Fashion Week New York London Milan Paris Issue #02 CD music I was born and raised in NC by parents who were Morticians. I grew up in the public eye and was exposed to music at an early age. With my older brother, Joe B.
, my younger sister, Gwendolyn, and two family friends, we started our first band, The Majestics, when I was 14 years old.
I began as a drummer but I always knew I had the talent to sing. When I went away to Saint Augustine's College, I sang lead with a group on campus and played drums for a band called Gene Scott & The Twilighters. We played with many of the popular artists of the day that came to town without a band.
During the summer of my Sophomore year of college, I toured Canada with the band. While we were there, the featured singer became ill. I knew his show and one of the horn players could play drums. "The Show Must Go On", and indeed, it did! I enjoyed singing out front so much until I stopped playing drums altogether when we returned to The States. I've been singing since then and loving it. There is nothing like the connection between a singer and the audience. It is addictive.
I lived in Philadelphia when Philadelphia was the music capital of the world. I was fortunate enough to know some very influential people in the music industry who gave me the encouragement and a platform from which to display my talent. I was also fortunate enough to have John Edwards for my songwriting partner, Yvette and Angela Davis for my backup singers, Gene Leone for my recording engineer and the MFSB Family for the orchestra on my Lasso recording sessions.
There was a period that I was away from actively participating in my passion, however. Married and the father of two lovely daughters, I chose to be at home with them during their formative years. I recorded a few songs that were released regionally in the USA but in many European countries. My following is basically in Europe. You can Google Bobby Cutchins and get an idea how well my music does in foreign countries. You can preview & purchase my new album, Bobby Cutchins, "Timeless", very soon at http://bobbycutchins.
bandcamp and on Indie Groove Records.
My advice to young artists and those who desire to be in the music business is to live your dream and follow your heart, but be wise about it. Learn about the business of music as well as the art of music. Realize that you must survive until your dream is a reality, so work and network. Meet as many people in the industry as you can. Remember that music is one of the most competitive fields that you can become involved in, so be honest with yourself. You either have IT or you don't. "Break A Leg"!!!!

Sliver Remainder CD (2008)
Music From the Fashion Week New York London Milan Paris Issue #02 album for sale Sliver is an original hard rock band out of the Chicagoland area, with sound that might remind you of some of their influences: Disturbed, Tool, Chevelle, Alice in Chains to name a few. But they also add their own touch of uniqueness through the songwriting, arrangements, and delivery of catchy melodies to go along with the soaring guitar riffs and driving beats.
Sliver's debut EP, "The Remainder" captures the intensity of their live show. The Guitar lines that go from whisper quiet and drenched in effects, to all out frenzy accentuate the dynamics of the band. The inspired vocal deliver of singer Chris Nelson is captivating, whether he's singing the ballad Words Escape Me, machine gunning his raspy growl on Unless You Let Me, or shredding his vocal chords on the screamer Lies.
Formed in 2004, Sliver features brothers Chris and Scott Nelson on vocals and guitar, Ryan Billelo on drums, and Josh Smith on bass.
