This game is awesome, all the characters have their own strong abilities,..and have secret characters(Volk is my favorite) The history is GREAT!! This is a must play game.

I beat this game and I loved every second of it. I am a twin and the story between Kharg and Darc was very appealing to me. I loved how you got to play both of their paths and equip each character to your liking. I got all their main weapons and both the secret characters. The battle system was excellent and it was cool that you got to use the BIG OWL and pyron in battle. No flaws in this game. Top 5 on my RPG list.

I've played more RPGs than I can count and this is on the top of my list. The game has a unique story line and goes back and forth between a set of twins. This game will have you anticipating every chapter as you build up the story line and level up your characters. The leveling system will have you battling to earn new moves. The battling system is simple but still has a bit of a strategy game play to it. I would recommend this game for any gamer who's looking for something that is still an RPG but wants to get a way from the standard battling system of the Final Fantasy games.

I've played many rpg game before,and this game really impress me a .
Everything in this game include story,plot,gameplay,graphic,... is great.in the battle system,the characters have to move around the battle field in order to attack the enemies or using special move or magic.I think that was a new idea,and I like it alot,so if you are a real rpg player,you should choose this game

beautiful story line. pretty much everything is set in stone without much room for exploration, but trust me, this game is awesome. i've been playing rpgs since final fantasy III (final fantasy VI) came out for the snes and this is by far one of my fav rpgs, now.

CHRONO CROSS, the sequel to the SNES favorite CHRONO TRIGGER, is one of the most ambitious role-playing games ever made. There are over 40 playable characters, each with their back-story, special moves, abilities, and weapons. The story spans two discs and follows the story of Serge, a young man who is able to cross dimensions. Suddenly he is pulled between worlds, trying to figure out his own past at the same time. The graphics are bright and beautiful, utilizing the PlayStation's capabilities to the fullest. The polygonal character models are huge and detailed, and the pre-rendered backgrounds are immaculately detailed. The music is composed and arranged by Yasunori Mitsuda, and features very realistic-sounding synthesizers. The battle system revolves around Elements, which are used to grant magical powers, as well as to summon huge monsters.
