Boy Who Could Fly Movie Review Average Rating: (3.7 out of 5 stars) Loved It This is a great movie for the entire family. My 6 year old daughter loved it. Submitted by jessica_santana2003 (St. Croix, VI) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
Fly Fly Fly This isn't the best of movies. The reason I purchased it is due to it being something that reminds me of my past. When I was little I watched this movie everytime it was on with someone in my family. So the movie grew on me. Also the movies shows that anything is possible as long as you believe. It sounds corny but that is how it is. Submitted by mikeyb2204 (New Jersey) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Mixed Messages I remember loving this moving when it came out, but forgot how much profanity and a moment of underaged drinking was in this movie. Too bad. Overall, there's a great message in this otherwise family-oriented movie. I would give it a PG-13 rating for the above-mentioned reasons. Fred Savage makes his movie debut (pre-Wonder Years), Fred Gwynn is the drunk uncle, and Mindy Cohn is the welcome wagon. A must-have for those who enjoy 80's nostalgia movies. $6.29 In Sammo Hung's MR. NICE GUY, Jackie Chan plays a popular TV chef (also named Jackie) who accidentally saves a reporter pursued by two warring gangs--one that looks like the standard Cosa Nostra types, the other a group of upstarts who could have been cast in THE WARRIORS. After the two gangs decide to come after Jackie, he drops his nice guy image and fights back.

$9.69 Director Ridley Scott's lush fantasy film stars the young Tom Cruise as Jack, a peasant who lives in an enchanted forest with his beloved Lili (Mia Sara). One day, while quietly gamboling in a glade, the pair is distracted by the appearance of trolls, minions of the evil Lord of Darkness (Tim Curry). The cloven-footed, cavern-dwelling monster, long banished to the earth's nether regions, has sent the creatures on a mission to seize the horn of a unicorn, thereby plunging the planet into a frigid darkness over which he alone will reign. Things go from bad to worse as Lili succumbs to the forces of darkness, and Jack must assemble a motley band of elves to free her from bondage and return sunlight to the earth's surface. Sumptous art direction and overwhelming special effects are once again a testament to Scott's powers of visual invention.

Not wanting anyone to know about his illness, he brutally breaks up with his boyfriend, Sasha (Christian Sengewald), belittles his sister, Sophie (Louise-Anne Hippeau), and goes against his doctor's (Henri de Lorme) suggestion ...
