Closed Captioned; Soundtrack English Roger Willoughby, fishing gear salesman for Abercrombie & Fitch, is ordered by his boss to participate in a fishing competition. There's only one problem, however: Roger's never worked a rod and reel in his life. But he goes along with the charade, until he meets the beautiful Abigail, and becomes involved in a sport of a very different kind. A fishing equipment salesman is persuaded to participate in a big fishing tournament, even though he abhors the outdoors and has never picked up a rod. A very funny slapstick comedy with a good performance by Prentiss as the pushy public relations rep.

Man's Favorite Sport? Movie Review Average Rating: (4.2 out of 5 stars) I've always loved this movie! I remember seeing this movie many years ago, and just loved it. I still do! The pairing of Rock Hudson and Paula Prentiss is (to me) much more entertaining than his legendary pairing with Doris Day. This movie has every element: humor, romance, action. I love the 'lightness' of this movie. You are interested, but not bogged down while watching it. I recommend this movie highly! Submitted by Michelle (New Orleans, LA) Was This Review Helpful? Good Comedy in the old tradition I think this is one of Rock Hudson's better comedys. Submitted by jwhann2000 (Marengo, IL, USA) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
Terrif !
There is a modern look to this film;
it is sleek,sassy and brassy.
Fun and pure delight are some of the hallmarks...fine pairing,strong supporting cast.Mancini is light and frothy;
Hawks deserves much credit and I never
tire of this escapist '64 fare !

WOW A VERY GOOD MOVIE I speak for many American's that long for movies like this romance comedy. The chemistry between Hudson and Prentiss is evident from start to finish. The plot is light, yet it holds you throughout the movie. Good support roles from easy, the Indian and Hudson's boss. Paula Prentiss is HOT in a classy girl next door way. A very good comedy, highly recommended! Submitted by DOMINIC (Little Falls,NJ,USA) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Man's Favorite Sport? film
$15.59 A series that had the bad luck to premiere on FOX network during a "transitional year," GREG THE BUNNY had a lamentably short run but managed to attain a spot among the top 10 highest-rating shows of 2001-2002, garnering a devoted fan base. It centered around a wacky premise of humans and puppets attempting to coexist in Hollywood; Greg is a bunny who longs for success but would settle for ...
