'74 Jailbreak album Product Description

'74 Jailbreak album by AC / DC was released Jul 01, 2003 on the Sony Music label. This is a Hyper CD, which contains regular audio tracks and also provides a link to the artist's website with the help of a web browser. Although AC/DC achieved its greatest commercial success after the death of original vocalist Bon Scott (1980's BACK IN BLACK and 1981's FOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK featured replacement Brian Johnson), fans showed that they had not forgotten Scott when DIRTY DEEDS was released in the early '80s for American fans. The album skyrocketed directly to the top of the Billboard charts. Like DIRTY DEEDS, the 1984 EP, '74 JAILBREAK, features tracks previously unavailable domestically. The anthem "Jailbreak" was issued as a single early on, and proves to be the highlight of '74 JAILBREAK (a promo video was even filmed that resurfaced with the EP's release). There are a couple of other early rockers, "You Ain't Got a Hold on Me" and "Show Business," an almost-instrumental ("Soul Stripper"), and a roughed-up take on the blues standard "Baby, Please Don't Go" as well. ...See Full Description

Great Classic
This cd comes with great songs of ac/dc from the late 70's and early 80's, is really a collector's classic.

pure, great rock
ac/dc might be called metal, but this album is just rock-at its best. this cd offers everyone access to some of the music previously only available in australia, a must have for all ac/dc fans

wtf??
mkay first of all, malcolm young was the lead guitar for all tracks in this cept jailbreak, and it's really dumb to go against everyone who likes good music. you sound like a tasteless moron. anyway, this album is awesome. crazy vocals on soulstripper not to mention hot guitar, and jailbreak is amazing all around, same for show business. rest are good to. AC/DC fan must have.

The Beginning
'74 Jailbreak, the beginning of classic AC/DC style. Listen to the hard blues/rock riffs compiled with Bon Scott's vocals. If you aren't an AC/DC fan already, this album will make you one. For you skeptics, all you have to do is listen.
