This film is getting an extra star because of Roger Moore - the plot is average and typical early 80īs style. It could have been a Alistair Macclean if you didīnt know better.

Anthony Perkins plays a great bad guy but it is definetely Roger Moores movie. He plays a cranky, tough British navy seal type who is called in for terrorist emergencies.
