Family Guy - Volume 2 Movie Review Average Rating: (4 out of 5 stars) List All Reviews Funny Show I'm a longtime Simpsons fan, but this show at this point in 2005, is a better show than the Simpsons. You must be an idiot fan boy/girl to not see this. The blatent humor and the cultural references are priceless. Submitted by immortalfire (Toronto, ON, CAN) Was This Review Helpful? ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS ON TV! I started watching this show when I heard everybody at school talking about it. After a while, I realized I had to check out this show to see if it would live up to the hype. It did. I bought both box sets and they are equally hilarious. They are going to do the series again, because of the huge success of the DVD. I hope it is still good, because Seth has a lot of pressure on him. Rumor has it that they are also making a movie. Don't take my word for it, but that's what I hear. So anyways, check this show out sometime, It'll be worth it. Submitted by rab717 (Indianapolis, IN, USA) Was This Review Helpful? | | Family Guy Presents Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story DVD (2005)
Family Guy - Volume 2 movie DVD
$15.25 The hilariously irreverent and enormously popular animated series THE FAMILY GUY expands to a feature-length movie in order to explore the true origins of maniacal baby genius Stewie Griffin. Seth MacFarlane's family of losers and misfits, headed up by bumbling dad Peter, was deemed too controversial by FOX and ended after an all-too-brief run, only to return to the channel by popular demand. It all starts ...

Family Guy - Volume 2 video
$31.79 The story of the Griffin family continues in this third collection of the odd and brilliant animated series. Cancelled by Fox in 2002, much to the dismay of its passionately devoted fans, the comedy's huge DVD sales and strong ratings in syndication prompted the network to take the almost unprecedented step of bringing creator Seth MacFarlane's show back from the dead in 2005. THE FAMILY GUY takes place in a twisted suburban landscape that bears a superficial resemblance to the world of THE SIMPSONS, but quickly establishes its own distinctive tone and style, distinguishing itself from that mother of all dysfunctional animated families. MacFarlane's triumphant return to network ...

Family Guy - Volume 2 film
$31.79 Griffin family madness continues into the fourth volume of this much-loved animated comedy. Patriarch Peter Griffin bumbles his way through 14 episodes, which also feature his evil son Stewie, a baby bent on world domination, and his two teenage kids. Wife Lois is a voice of sanity amidst the chaos, while the dog, Brian, sips martinis and airs with well-spoken opinions. The series ...
| | Smiths - The Complete Picture DVD (1992)
Family Guy - Volume 2 review
$15.15 It almost seems like a needless effort to write about The Smiths--one either loves them passionately or despises them. This polarization of opinion could be due to the effect that the dandy-esque front man Morrissey has on a person. Choosing to sing in a remarkably dramatic manner, writing ironically bathetic lyrics that swim with a biting, perhaps condescending wit, Morrissey is one of the most distinct leading men in rock history. But it was his unlikely match with the great guitarist-songwriter Johnny Marr that propelled The Smiths into the annals of pop history and made their songs highly influential classics. On THE COMPLETE PICTURE, The Smiths perform several of their hit singles at various locations, including the British program TOP OF THE POPS. The video serves as a great archive of The Smiths in their heyday, ...
