| just the best! very authenic! great way to spend the time By dflasunshine (lakeland,fl, usa) |
| Cheers for Shogun! I have waited for a long time for Shogun to appear on DVD. This is one of my all time favorites. Richard Chamberlain is fantastic as Blackthorn. The tragic love story that develops makes me cry. You really get a feel for what 16th century political climate of Japan was like. Now, I can't wait to see if they release The Thornbirds on DVD!
