Not a bad collection
The song selection for this cd isn't bad,
but I really only bought it because their
greatest hits cd included all their
singles but one, 'Until You Suffer Some.'
Which was included here.

Best of the best band ever
Poison is already the best band ever and this CD just compliments there greatness. The new 'Something to believe in' is even better than the old one and 'every rose has its thorn' is always a classic.

Poison Collection is a Treasure
I have all of Poison's albums, except "ROCK CHAMPIONS". But this album is a product of the years that they have been together, and it is an awesome and eloquent collection. If you are a Poison fan like myslef you HAVE TO HAVE this album. It has all their hit ballads and some that are sensational that haven't had air play like "THEATRE OF THE SOUL" that is one of my favorite ballads.
The acoustic version of "STAND" is wonderful and the guitars are in total sync. The modern version of "SOMETHING TO BELIEVE IN" is a great breath of fresh air that tells of more modern hard times that is as equally as touching and it is also acoustic.
Don't waste your time get this album.
It isn't just another greatest hits album, it has songs that didn't get the air play and radio attention they deserved. It is a musical treasure.
Rock on!

Great Compilation!!!
Man, this CD is gonna kick tail. When I heard this was coming out, I feared it would just be songs from Poison's 3 big albums. But now that I have seen the track list, all fears have been put to rest. You get the main essentials from the early albums, but you also get 3 tracks from the grossly underrated Native Tounge, "Until You Suffer Some (Fire And Ice)", "Theatre Of The Soul", and "Bastard Son Of A Thousand Blues". All are great tunes. You get both ballads from Crack A Smile, "Lay Your Body Down", and "Be The One". And you also get the ballad from Power To The People, "The Last Song". On top of that, you get one of the best songs from Flesh And Blood, "Life Loves A Tragedy". And to make things even better, there are two bonus tracks. An acoustic version of "Stand" (which will probobly be better than the original version), and an acoustic version of "Something To Believe In". The original version is also included. I read somewhere that the new version will have all new lyrics, making the song more relavent to modern times. How cool is that? I can't wait for August 5th.
