Closed Captioned; Standard Screen; Soundtrack English; English Subtitles Comic situations abound when Catholic schoolgirls and their nun-chaperones from St. Francis Academy take a bus trip to California for a religious youth rally. The generation gap is not only apparent between the students and the mother superior, but also between the older and younger nuns in the order. Rosalind Russell reprises her role as the wry but wise mother superior challenged by her fun loving students. Sequel to "The Trouble with Angels" (1966) directed by Ida Lupino.
This is the only Barbara Hunter video. Stars also making their debut in this video: Ellen Moss, Dolores Sutton, Hilarie Thompson. The Girls of St. Francis a GoGo take a Trip! This delightful film is full of great and lovable characters. The Nuns and the girls of St. Francis take a cross country trip to a peace rally in California and along they way they have hilarious adventures. One misadventure after another. Stella Stevens is a hip fun loving nun ready to share her faith. A simple yet wonderful film. Rosiland Russel is witty and marvelous as Mother Superior. Mary Wikes is one of the most lovable nuns on the screen, she is here in all her glory! Along the way they visit many famous places such as Dorney Park and sites in Northen New Mexico. They touch the lives of all they come into contact with as they travel west.
Many people are not aware that many of the young actresses who played the girls of St Francis won a national contest to appear on this film. From each state along the route west, a state contestant winner was chosen.
You will be entertained by great actors such as Milton Berle, Van Johnson, Robert Taylor and Arthur Godfrey and Binnie Barnes and Delores Sutton and last but not least Susan Saint James.
The title song "....Trouble Follows"is one of my favorites. Hang on its going to be a bumpy ride when the girls from Saint Francis a gogo, hit the road. This movie is pure at heart and a wonderful expression of a family movie in the 1960's. Get the popcorn a popping and settle down for a delightful family film. Directed by Ida Lupino. Its Five Stars *****of Fun! I like this movie. Enjoy, Brent Submitted by diggincoins (Flagstaff, Arizona) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Where Angels Go, Trouble Follows film
$19.99 Harumi Inoue stars in Japanese director Takashi Ishii's bloody revenge thriller as Chihiro, a young woman who is trying to make a new life for herself in Tokyo. She has an office job and a fiance (Nogami, played by Shunsuke Matsuoka), but her life changes when the past she is running away from refuses to let her go. Five years earlier, she was raped by a trio of men who videotaped their cruelty. Too afraid to report the incident, Chihiro instead left her town for the big city. But the three men have found her, returning to continue where they'd left off. When Nogami finds out about the rape, he walks out on Chihiro, leaving her to fend for herself. What follows is both brutal and mesmerizing, gory and unforgettable.
One of the underlying themes in Ishii's psychological thriller is water. The film opens with a shot of snow falling over a shivering young woman. All the characters are constantly showering. While Chihiro battles her first attacker, she strikes him with a water bottle, and in later fights thunderstorms can be heard outside. And then, of course, there is Chihiro's creative use of freezers ...
