Live 2003 album for sale by Coldplay was released Nov 04, 2003 on the Capitol/EMI label. Includes a bonus DVD of a live concert, lyrics links, and a tour diary documentary. One of the few post-Radiohead Britpop bands to achieve chart-topping success in America, Coldplay follows up its lauded second outing, A RUSH OF BLOOD TO THE HEAD, with this live release. Drawing largely from the aforementioned album, LIVE 2003 features frontman Chris Martin at his charismatic best, whether he's rocking out on the hard-charging opener "Politik," crooning over an acoustic guitar on "See You Soon," or manning the piano on the majestic surge of "Clocks." Martin and the lads mix things up a bit by adding atmospheric introductions to some tunes, whether it's the woozy guitar twang before "A Rush of Blood to the Head" or the dreamy keyboards prior to the supremely catchy hit "Yellow." This is one of the only live albums I own
Generally I hate live albums as they seem to always be overdone or poorly produced or sloppy, or just inferior to the studio.

Coldplay Live 2003 is a great DVD/CD combo for one of the BEST ritish bands, ever! The live concert starts off with the powerful song "Politik" and mixes many of their well known songs from, "Parachutes" the sequel album, "A Rush Of Blood To The Head." The CD is an awesome idea so that if you're on a looooooong road trip without a DVD player or Laptop you can still listen to the mesmerizing songs! *****Love yah Coldplay!!!!!*****.

What an excellent CD and DVD
I'm an old fart >50 that just can't keep from cranking this up. My teenage kids are calling it Overplay because it is constantly on... in the house... in my car.
