| Wicked is wonderful!!!
Much like good ole musicals ,"Wicked", is a wonderful blend of pleasing music and a story told in the songs.

| Wonderful Music, but still missing the feeling
I love the Musical "Wicked". As a matter a fact I saw it 4 times in San Francisco before it went to Broadway. I fell in love with the music and the way the story was told. However when I saw it on Broadway some of the music was changed and the way the story was presented. The cleveriness was partial removed and some of the songs were turned extremely cheesy. Also when listening to the soundtrack, you could tell it was all recorded in a studio and not durning a performance. There was no real feeling behind the songs. I think that the music is wonderful, but miss some of the first songs like "Which Way is the Party". The new song just doesn't fit as well. I was so excited to receive the soundtrack, and was somewhat disappointed at how it could transform into just another musical, instead of the cleveriness and pure comedy it was when it began in San Francisco.

A thoroughly enjoyable full soundtrack with many highlights, partuicularly including "Popular," "Defying Gravity," and "Wonderful."

WOW! this has got to be one of the best things to hit broadway in years Bravo, Idina & Kristin! the score is most excellant and at times moving.
