| Shaye's the exception to the rule
Usually when a record label combines several of it's performers to form a "Supergroup", the result is anything but super. Shaye is the exception. While Kim Stockwood and Tara McLean are both excellent, it is Dahmnet Doyle who gives this album an edgier sound that separates it from the girl group pack. The writing is first rate and the album provides some truly great moments, although the producers could have laid back a little and allowed a slightly more raw sound. This is not the kind of music I usually prefer, but I have to say that Shaye has achieved a truly exceptional sound.

I can't say enough about Shaye's debut album! The best singer here is Tara MacLean and she clearly outshines her bandmates on numerous songs. Pick this CD up if you can find it!
