Standard Screen; Soundtrack English In the 1980s Genesis managed to transcend the arty progressive rock era of the band by replacing departing singer Peter Gabriel with former drummer Phil Collins. Huge commercial success duly beckoned, with the band streamlining their sound and scoring a number of sizeable hits. This sell-out show from the carnivorous Wembley Stadium in London clearly illustrates the phenomenal following they accrued, with the playful Collins clearly delighting the devoted crowd as he leads the band through its set. Tracks include "Invisible Touch," "Land of Confusion," "Mama," "Tonight Tonight Tonight," and many more. Genesis - Live At Wembley Stadium Video Genesis - Live At Wembley Stadium Movie Review Average Rating: (2.1 out of 5 stars) List All Reviews Don't listen to poserfans They have no clue who Genesis is other than to buy anything with the "Genesis" name on it. They are not true Genesis fans. No Steve Hackett, no Peter Gabriel,no Genesis. Submitted by posers N. Eedtobeshot (andthrownout, CA) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No 3 of 3 found this helpful.
One word Sure, not bad if you are a huge Invisible Touch fan, for me the videos were getting really crass at this time and only the lively nothing stands out. This was a quick release to make an even quicker buck. A few die-hards may disagree with me but watching Tony Banks trying to play out cheezy pop songs looks silly really even in jest. I think without trying to knock the band it was more the era- mid to late 80's when videos were particularly poor on the production side. My VHS is getting tired and should it ever go onto DVD or whater media used for that given technological era, well it will certainly not be refreshed in my collection. In one word...poor.

Bad concert IF THE "WE CAN'T DANCE" DVD WASN'T BAD ENOUGH GENESIS GOES OUT AND RELEASES THIS. A LOT OF BAD SONGS HERE FROM BAD STUDIO ALBUMS. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LIVE 1976 SHOW WITH BILL BRUFORD? GENESIS FANS SHOULD LOOK INTO STEVE HACKETT'S TOKYO TAPES DVD. THIS IS A TRUE TRIBUTE TO GENESIS THAN THIS. Submitted by cumedup (San Diego CA) Was This Review Helpful? | | Michael Buble Crazy Love CD (2009)
Genesis - Live At Wembley Stadium DVD
$14.49 Photographer: Ben Watts. Buoyed by the popularity of the hit contemporary pop ballad "Home," singer Michael Bublé's 2005 album, IT'S TIME, clearly positioned the vocalist as the preeminent neo-crooner of his generation. Easily the singer's most stylistically wide-ranging album so far, 2009's CRAZY LOVE is also one of his brightest, poppiest, and most fun. Bublé kicks things off with the theatrical, epic ballad "Cry Me a River" and proceeds to milk the tune with burnished breath, eking out the drama line by line. It's over the top for sure, but Bublé takes you to the edge of the cliff, prepares to jump, and then gives you a knowing wink that says, not quite yet -- there's more fun to be had. And what fun it is with Bublé swinging through "All of Me," and killin' Van Morrison's classic "Crazy Love" with a light and yearning touch. And just as "Home" worked to showcase Bublé's own writing abilities, here we get the sunshine pop of "Haven't Met You Yet" -- a skippy, jaunty little song that brings to mind a mix of the Carpenters and Chicago. Throw in a rollicking and soulful duet with Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings on "Baby (You've Got What It Takes)," and a fabulously old-school close-harmony version of "Stardust" with Bublé backed by the vocal ensemble Naturally 7, and CRAZY LOVE really starts to come together. Then Bublé goes and throws in a last minute overture ...
