Video criminals who can't be killed are shooting up Los Angeles, and the investigation leads LAPD detectives to a mysterious pharmaceutical firm, but when one of them is suddenly murdered, his coroner girlfriend and loose cannon partner discover the company's "resurrection machine" that turns Roger into the walking dead. Stars Vincent Price, Treat Williams, Joe Piscopo. His partner and best friend has been killed by criminal zombies that cannot be stopped. What is cop to do to protect the city and bring down dead bad guys? Officer Bigelow has his partner re-incarnated and together they take out the undead and the evil scientist who created them. While investigating some frightening crimes that lead a pharmaceutical company, officers Roger Mortis (Treat Williams) and his partner Doug Bigelow (Joe Piscopo) pay a visit to Dante Laboratories. What they find shocks them and changes the course of their lives -- a high-tech "resurrection room" that has been churning out a weird band of recycled and indestructible criminals, and which eventually transforms Mortis into the undead!
