Pat Travers's self-titled debut still stands up as an example of fine 1970s hard rock. It contains the tracks "Stop and Smile," "Boom Boom (Out Go the Lights)," and "Feelin' Right," among others.2004 remastered reissue of 1976 debut album features nine tracks & includes original artwork with updated sleeve notes. When Pat Travers exploded onto the scene in 1976, people sat up and took notice. This young Canadian played guitar with a passion and an intensity that took everybody by surprise. This, his debut album, is one of the great debut albums of the period. Tracks like 'Makes No Difference' and 'Medley Parts 1 & 2' are classic slices of 70's hard rock. There was, however, much more to Pat Travers than a Marshall stack and a Fender Telecaster screaming for mercy. Finally, P.T.'s First On CD
I really enjoyed this cd. The sound quality is good enough if you are truly a Pat Travers fan. I would like to see Black Pearl and Radioactive re-released on cd also. Thank you CD Universe.

PT rocks from the this first LP to the latest release "Stick With What you Know" Live. The sound may not be the greatest on the first LP, but it was over 30 years ago when it was released. They didn't have cd's back then! Pat Travers is always better when performiong live. For a ture PT fan this first album was a must have for me in a cd format.

Just like the other remasters...
the sound quality blows. The remastered Heat in the Street & Making Magic are just as bad. It's as if someone put a tape recorder up to a turn table with a dusty record on it.

The remastering on this is horrible sounds like an old LP!!!
