| | Little Al Thomas And The Crazy House Band CD Little Al Thomas Discography of CDs
A veteran of the Chicago club scene, this is amazingly Thomas' first venture into a recording studio. The wait was well worth it, as Thomas sings with authority on a collection of long-time staples from this popular stage show, including an update of Louis Jordan's "Somebody Changed the Lock on this Door." With solid backing from the Crazy House Band, other highlights include "Nobody Sleepin' in My Bed," "Memphis Girl," "Just Like a Fish," "You're Breaking My Heart" and Chuck Willis' "Feel So Good." With a tight band and solid horn section (the Blues Swinger Horns) in place throughout, this is one very enjoyable modern day blues album. ~ Cub Koda

Little Al Thomas And The Crazy House Band album
$12.05 With this album, years of personnel changes ended for Fleetwood Mac with the departure of guitarist Bob Welch. The remaining core of the group (Mick Fleetwood, John McVie and Christine McVie) invited guitarist/vocalist Lindsey Buckingham and singer Stevie Nicks to join, and thus began the most commercially successful period for Fleetwood Mac. With 3 strong songwriters in Nicks, Buckingham and Christine McVie, FLEETWOOD MAC was their first number-1 album.

It was hard to believe that Lynyrd Skynyrd could possibly top its classic, near-perfect 1973 debut, PRONOUNCED LEH-NERD SKIN-NERD. However, the boys from Florida accomplished the near-impossible with their sophomore release one year later, SECOND HELPING. It's hard to determine the better album of the two, but both proved to be a solid one-two punch that made Lynyrd Skynyrd one of the '70s' biggest (and ...

$17.75 To explain music in words is futile. How can you convey the heart and soul, the anguish and pain, the love and joy that flow from within an artist? Birth starts off in a state of suspended animation. Chords ring, while a clarinet sings a modern-day blues. As the energy builds, you see the sunrise in your mind's eye, and you feel the warmth of a new day. Trains speed by, cars' taillights are in a row on the freeway, moving quickly as if in time-lapse photography. You are about to blast off. ...
