I saw this movie when I was really young and its separate from any other space movie I have seen. It isn't a futuristic Sci-fi movie. It's about a group of NASA Summer campers who accidently get sent into space. They have to use their training and each other to get home alive. It's a great family movie and there is some good comedy in it. Plus it has a good actors like Lea Thompson and Tom Skerritt.

this was a movie I feared wouldn't do well since it came out at the same time as the Challenger disaster... not FARE.
this is a great movie for kids and adults. mid teens may think it's too corny. It is very moving, with suspense, excitment, and a lot of knowlege for up coming young astrounaut want-to-be's..........
