5 stars Will draw you closer to God...
Musically, this album is similar to Audio Lessonover (Touch in the U.S.), but the spiritual level is much higher, in my opinion. I absolutely love every song! Get it and be blessed.

GETGOSPEL Records presents "THE BODY"."THE BODY" is the latest musical incarnation out of the GETGOSPEL Records community. This super group was formed by 8 MC's and producers who've been recording and performing together since 2003. Their first performance as THE BODY took place at Club Speed in N.Y.C. during the summer of 2004. They received a very strong response and as a result have released their self titled album and continue to perform regularly throughout the East Coast. They themselves are from the area right across the river (Brooklyn N.Y.) and were raised within the Caribbean neighborhoods of Flatbush and Crown Heights. These neighborhoods were at one time notorious for gang violence which has shaped the outlook of the people who grew up there. The members of THE BODY have never forgotten where they came from and have made it their philosophy to create songs for the people because they themselves are those same people.As most "neighborhood" people understand, your name on the street is a very important thing. It gives your peers a better understanding of who you are as opposed to the name you were given at birth. THE BODY's interesting name has a triple meaning. The different artists' make up the musical act known to the public as THE BODY while their effect on the public is the outcome of their purpose in the body of Christ. The name also reflects their musical expression. Their foundation is Hip-Hop but it's mixed with pieces and elements of many different art forms. This mixture creates a uniqueness of sound that's always appreciated by their audience.This unique sound is created by JAHROCKN Productions (neoRock, G-Force and Paradox). These are the same people who released the Christian Top 40 single "Hot Like This" which was featured on Paradox's 2004 release titled "Nice New Life".
