well i tried to put it on a while ago it holds and it does feel good,but girls wait until your nipples are hard for better results...the chain is not heavy so for first timers it's a breeze you tighten up the noose on the end of the chain your self so your in control tighten it a little or a lot your choice...i'm going to love it,because when it did try it on it felt great.......serena
