Camouflage Stands Out !
This once long out of print, obscure and elusive Rufus/Chaka Khan title did live up to it's name when released back in 1981; It was hidden in the shuffle,produced no major memorable hits, and received poor promotional distribution and airplay... Now, twenty some odd years later released as a Japanese import, is there any magic or revelation to be found ? Absolutely.

Glad it's on CD!!
This Rufus\Chaka lp was overlooked when it was originally released in 1981, the lp did make to #15 on the R&B charts, and 'Sharing The Love' was a top 10 r&b hit... but the was overlooked by Khan's own wonderful solo lp 'What cha' gonna do for me' Lp, but Camoulfage is still a great Lp, Khan strong vocals and Rufus' great playing shows the group was changing with the times but still keeping 'Their' sound!
