Wow! This tahitian move based workout is a surprisingly intense low impact workout! I had just finisdhed my turbo jam 20 minute workout and thought that I would follow it with a less intense workout. I was wrong! This workout well done with the beautiful settings which make you feel like you are right in Hawaii! The only thing I would ask for is more instruction on how to execute the movements properly as you could injure your back in the movements if they are done incorrectly.
