If you are looking for good clean video's that your whole family can watch, this is it! My wife & i were so sorry when we had played our last disk of The Waltons! If you like to laugh or cry or both, this is for you. I hope they come out with a second box set, I am waiting! George

The Waltons, in my opinion is the best!! When they took it off I was so upset. It was one of the best shows on TV, the content is wholesome and none threatening. Since they canceled it I would love to find all 9 seasons, on DVD so I can watch them whenever I want. It will be great to see them in there full length and commercial free form. There was so much taken out, I really felt cheated.

Clean, wholesome, inspiring!
What can I say? Anyone who still believes in kindness and thoughtfulness, gentleness instead of harshness, old-fashioned godly values . . . the Waltons meed that ideal! The quality of the DVD is excellent, the characters engaging, the setting appealing and the storylines uplifting. Some may say that the show was too goody-goody; I don't believe it. I feel that the Waltons set a good example of how we should ALL live our lives, and it's great to have them in my home again. I highly recommend Season 1 and all the ones to come!
