 Average ppv
Stone cold came back and beat up bischoff which was the highlight of the night. The other 2 main events were horrible. The Rock vs Hogan match didn't live up to the hype and Scott Steiner made the match with HHH even worse than the one they had at the rumble. The matches on this card were nothing more than ordinary and there was no standout moment on this ppv. I find this ppv average at best and very dissapointing beacuse it didn't live up to what it was meant to be.

 Not too great
No way out was not destined to be a classic, it was here to set up the matches for the big one, wrestlemania, not a great event, but there are some highlights.... The opening match (Chris Jericho vs. Jeff Hardy) was good, except Hardy, being such an imbecile, botched many moves, Undertaker vs. Big Show was a pleasent surprise (an enjoyable big man match) and Team Angle vs. Brock Lesnar and Chris benoit was the match of the night, and finally, Austin is back!! Ok, now that was the good, time for tha bad, Regal/Storm vs. Kane/RVD was incredibly boring, Scott Steiner vs. Triple H was the worst match of the night (how anyone can enjoy that match I will never know) and Rock/Hogan, was just awful, it was nothing like there wrestlemania showdown, which really meant something Not a great event, but set-up wrestlemania nicely, overall, I would not recommend, an ordinary show then, nothing special

 disapointing main event
I thought most o the undercard was exeptional, though the 3 main events were disapointing. Match of the night was Lesnar & Chris Benoit VS. Team Angle, all 5 men are amazing wrestlers and wouldnt expect anything less.

 Okay, but dissapointed with last match!
Great event, Stone Cold was in Great shape upon his return, Steiner should have won the match, Hulk Hogan was screwed out of his match!!! He had the rock beat, but McMahon and Rock cheated! Cool dvd to own.
