Good movie, poor presentation
Moving Target film Well I first saw this movie back in the late 80's on video as an educational film at primary school. It was to give appreciation to children what the effects of the cold war turning into nuclear war would be.

A Graphically Realistic Portrayal of a Nuclear Attack
Moving Target review I saw this when it appeared on TV and I was simply awestruck at the realism that this movie portrayed. From the events leading up to the nuclear strike to the agonizing and shocking after effects of the blast.
