final cut the best best floyd album by far. not a bad song on the album."the final cut" beautiful, soaring -everything a song should be. If you're a true Pink Floyd fan, there's no question it's you're favorite. all other album's have great moments and not so great ones. This is the total package. By jimmy (chicago)
well here is my take on this one I wrote a bad review for monetary lapse of good music so to be fair i will say one about rogers worst pink floyd release. this is not an easy one to get into, not there best effort and it drags sometimes like song 5 through 9. but the remastered has 'the tigers broke free" which is powerful stuff, and the last 3 tracks are quite good, and you can actually hear some gilmour guitars there. again not the first pink floyd to but atleast 6or 7 ones to get first but worth a listen if nothing else to hear the last CD with waters and gilmour By Mitchell (Boulder CO)
Mixed Emotions It's really not a true Pink Floyd album but I think there is some stuff on here that is really beautiful. The title track is particularly stunning. By John F. (Ohio, USA)
All Enter Here - The Island of the Damned! The entire direction and feeling imposed on the listener is shockingly overwhelming. Which is why I like it so much. The wit behind the scenes is truthful and intense. Every track is easy on the ears, in summising, good reasoning not to leave it out of the Floyd collection. Even today the album resonates with truth, all laid bare if you will. I guess overwhelming, bleak and harmonious. Thank you for obliging me in this glorious attempt! I shan't ever be enlisting to be a war mongerer! Duly touched Roger, this album is as good as Miles Davis 'Kind of Blue! It does make you think... By andrew_g_whale (Rugby United Kingdom)
