this DVD is amazing. The conepts developed for independence and control in a delicate and forceful context are what are going to help me get to the next level of performance i am striving for. I am too busy and too broke for lessons, and this purchase just alleviated that problem inan instant. Anyone who is seriously trying to pursure creative drumming performance MUST HAVE this dvd!!!

Thomas Lang is very good.
Definitely a good drummer, and a good teacher. However, as said in other reviews, this DVD is not for beginners, nor lower-intermediate players. Some of the exercises can greatly benefit all ranges of players, but to get the full effect and learn to incorporate the exercises into regular play requires drummers of higher skill and experience. I would still recommend that everyone check it out, though.

I own the dvd and i strobfly belive its one of the best ever made. Over five hours! of teaching material. Lots of double pedal technics and exercices to take you higher such as interdependence, playing with all your limbs its great! even stic tricks and explosive solos! the only issue is..i recommend it to only intermediate or advance drummers but not for beginners
