This film recounts one wilderness family's dangerous encounters with the American Indians, the English, and the French in frontier America. Dan Haggerty stars. Also included is a music CD, Secluded Lake. Story about early settlers who made a home on the Delaware River, which later became New York State, through the eyes of a small boy who learns racial tolerance while his father is away fighting in the Revolutionary War. This compelling drama, set in the American Revolutionary War era, presents a family adventure about a young boy (John Christian) whose father (Dan Haggerty) goes up against tremendous odds to save him after he's captured by the British. Featuring breathtaking scenery of rural America, this film evokes works by James Fenimore Cooper and films like DANCES WITH WOLVES in its portrayal of frontier courage and tenacity. Shot on location in Canada.
