I really like this video. It's challenging, but if you're in decent shape and have some familiarity with yoga and pilates, it's not difficult. It really is a perfect blend of yoga and pilates. We do this video at lunch time in the gym at work 1-2 days a week and it's a great supplement to our other workouts, and is relaxing.

Love this workout!
I bought this not really knowing what to expect...I am so happy I did!
It's absolutely a beautiful production: the setting is peaceful, the instructor is excellent not at all intimidating for anyone new to Yoga, (he tells you to ease into it and never force a stretch, his cues are very clear, his tone of voice is very calming etc...).
I always feel so relaxed and peaceful after doing this workout! I definitely recommend it and am looking to buy more from this series.

This is a really well produced video. The camera work, lighting, and style is excellent. The five performers are great examples of different body types and they keep their focus throughout. It is also I think a good compliment for anyone who does yoga, since it has Pilates moves to strengthen the core that yoga misses. It is a tough workout (60 min) but not too intense with the flexibility. The ending music and meditation is very relaxing.
