Happy People/U Saved Me album for sale by R Kelly was released Aug 24, 2004 on the Jive/Zomba label. .R. Kelly's music is sometimes hard to separate from his borderline-absurd real-life misadventures, since his alleged misdeeds inevitably inform his recordings. Happy People/U Saved Me songs While most artists are influenced by life unfolding around them, few people's private worlds bleed into their creative work in such a public and chaotic way. Heart-on-sleeve emotion has been a hallmark of Kelly's music, and as scandal has surrounded him, so have heartfelt pleas of forgiveness and repentance. TP.3 Reloaded CD (2005)
Happy People/U Saved Me songs The rest of the album provides thirteen tracks of Kelly's typically strong and sensual modern R&B. He starts off the record with a reminder that he's far from a one-note artist, coming on as hard as anyone with the anthemic single "Playa's Club," then rolls into a 1970s groove with help from the always-spectacular Snoop Dogg on "Happy Summertime," before easing into a set of slow jams highlighted by the lusty "In the Kitchen" and the breezy "Slow Wind." As much as R. Kelly can't seem to stop getting himself into trouble, he also can't stop releasing original, arousing albums. TP.3 is no exception.
Even with the endless controversy surrounding him, R. Kelly never slowed down, ever-ready to take more and more chances. This album's 15-minute final cut, "Trapped in the Closet," was easily the most ambitious undertaking the Chicago native had undertaken in his two decades of making music. A five-part suite unfolding a twisting serial of love, sex, and betrayal (accompanied by a long-form video available with the CD), the tale became a hot item on the internet and over radio lines. (Fans listened attentively to find out what would happen next).

Usher Confessions CD (2004)
Happy People/U Saved Me buy CD music Usher has been a symbol of tender sexuality ever since he shifted from teenage sensation to soulful superstar. He's breathtakingly good at what he does; possessing that undefinable essence known to a select few soul crooners (Al Green, D'Angelo, etc.) who radiate sensuality through song, Usher has reached an apex on the sultry CONFESSIONS, his fifth studio album.
After the obligatory intro, Lil Jon kicks in with his exhortations on the catchy, dance-floor-ready single "Yeah." Usher follows that up with the sublimely sweet "Throwback," a torch song with a fantastic Motown hook. On "Confessions Part II," he exposes his most vulnerable side when admitting to his lover that he's fathered a child with another woman. Exemplifying his versatility, Usher follows the standard pop ballad "Simple Things" with the guitar-riff-driven "Bad Girl," somewhere between 1970s funk and '80s Prince. CONFESSIONS is the sound of an R&B luminary at

Nelly Suit CD (2004)
Happy People/U Saved Me album for sale Nelly broke out in 2000 with his debut, COUNTRY GRAMMAR, and its infectious summer-anthem title track. Two years later, the St. Louis rapper dropped the multi-platinum NELLYVILLE and another summer anthem, "Hot in Herre," which balanced raw carnality with a deft pop hook. Nelly has always possessed this duality of unrefined energy and a melodic sensibility, and, in 2004, he decided to break the two aspects of his music into separate albums, SWEAT and SUIT.
On SUIT, he focuses on his more cultivated side with a constantly engaging, tightly produced record, filled with memorable singles. Just because there's a measure of manner pervading the record doesn't mean that Nelly's not having fun, as the disc ranges from the inspired balladry of "My Place" and the borderline-chopped-and-screwed haze of "Woodgrain and Leather wit a Hole." SUIT is still a party, and, as it's a Nelly party, there are tons of VIP guests crowding in. Most excitingly, both Snoop Dogg and Ronald Isley appear on the sly "She Don't Know My Name," and Nelly shows off his versatility with the odd mix of country and rap on "Over and Over" with Tim McGraw. Nelly knows how to go pop without losing his street edge, and SUIT is a prime example of this prowess.

Chocolate Factory CD (2003) Top Seller
Happy People/U Saved Me CD music CHOCOLATE FACTORY was nominated for the 2004 Grammy Award for Best Contemporary R&B Album. "Step In The Name Of Love" was nominated for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance.
In an effort to distract himself from the myriad post-millennial legal woes dogging him, R. Kelly retreated to the studio where in true fashion, he wrote, sang, produced, and arranged his sixth album CHOCOLATE FACTORY. In trying to escape from his personal problems, Kelly succeeded in coming up with a lengthy outing infused with the kind of slow soul that brings to mind great names like Al Green and Marvin Gaye. The laid-back harmonies and testimonial fervor of "Forever" scream Gamble & Huff-produced Stylistics, light funk beats propel "You Knock Me Out," and the remix of "Step In the Name of Love" finds the Chicago native lifting Gaye's phrasing from the "What's Goin' On" era and pumping it into this mid-tempo jam.
Breaking up this solo slow-jam fest are guest shots by Ja Rule (an embattled "Been Around the World"), Ronald Isley (the skit-song "Showdown"), and Fat Joe (the Latin-pop-flavored "Who's That".) Although CHOCOLATE FACTORY could stand a bit of trimming, its musical essence reflects a rich talent whose personal travails could never negate anything he might be able to bring to the creative table.

Nelly Sweat CD (2004)
Happy People/U Saved Me buy CD music After a pair of multi-platinum records made Nelly the instant icon of St. Louis rap, the man who found the perfect balance of pop and hip-hop still had a surplus of music to let out. So with his 2004 efforts, Nelly decided to split up his new compositions into two albums--the down-and-dirty, raw club jams and the smooth, refined songs, respectively SWEAT and SUIT.
SWEAT opens with "Heart of a Champion," a powerful, sports-referencing piece of adrenaline-pumping hip-hop that samples, of all things, John Tesh's "Roundball," the ubiquitous theme music for NBC Sports. From the ballfield, Nelly moves the party to the club for most of the remaining tracks, with pure dance cuts like "Na-Nana-Na" and the crunk-flavored "Flap Your Wings." He breaks stride for a more sinister 1970s-funk vibe on "Tilt Ya Head Back," featuring a soul-stirring vocal turn from Christina Aguilera. "Playa" goes for a smooth groove, with Mobb Deep and Missy Elliott dropping by to cast a mood both dark and sweet. For SWEAT, Nelly clearly intended to create a loose, unguarded party atmosphere, and with help from his friends and the best producers in the game, he succeeds.

L.L. Cool J DEFinition CD (2004) Top Seller
Happy People/U Saved Me songs THE DEFINITION is a thoroughly contemporary record, rich with the lush sonic flourishes of the moment, yet hearkening back to the innocent bravado of LL's earliest forays. LL still struts with a true inner confidence (a quality that has made him practically immune to criticism), and he even has the guts to brag about remaining a teen idol like Hanson at one point on the record. Never one to pause or stumble, LL Cool J stays thoroughly self-possessed on THE DEFINITION, yet another top-notch album from the hip-hop pioneer.
If there is one person who could claim "I got the whole rap game cornered" and have that be an understatement, it would be LL Cool J. He backs this boast up on the sensual, smooth R. Kelly collaboration "I'm About to Get Her," from his 11th record for Def Jam, THE DEFINITION. A paragon of consistency able to retain street cred during two decades of superstardom, LL has maintained an aura of both timeliness and timelessness, as his music echoes the trends around him but still keeps its signature sound.
Feat.Timbaland,N.O.,Joe,Dame Grease.
Personnel: LL Cool J (rap vocals); 7 Aurelius (vocals, keyboards, programming); R. Kelly (vocals).
