4 stars It's Not THAT Bad 2 Me...
Many said back in 1990 that this movie was terrible/didn't make ne sense. I just watched it recently and I don't think it's as bad as some say..but everybody has their own opinion. I liked it & the plot made plenty sense 2 me Good vs. Bad(perhaps maybe a deeper meaning??). Neways the set did at some points looked kinda fake & acting probably not 2 good. Still 4 me I would always watch it but if u're still unsure yourself just watch the movie 4 the music. Great performances throughout the film & funny lines. No disappointment there!

5 stars I love this movie
I am a big fan of prince.I love this movie. You would really have to understand the meaning of his style and the concept of the fued that goes on in the music industry as well as life to really get a fill for the movie.Prince and Morris day should come out with something else acting together.

Here is a classic movie by prince. the acting may not be all that but the music is just first rate. this is Prince showcasing his talent as a writer, producer, and a performer.
