Hostile Waters review This movie has not made the necessary impact to make it believable that he accident depicted was either believable or possible. Also the american brass is always presented at a level beneath the chivalrous and admirable. Our men are supposed to be gentlemen and the filmakers always fail to denote the character of the officers which is also generous and helpful to others.
