Hurtin' Inside/I Love You So Much It Hurts album
$13.39 Following the success of their self-titled debut, the Ozark Mountain Daredevils' sophomore release, It'll Shine When It Shines, continues on their already established path of California-style country-rock. This release contained what would ultimately prove to be their greatest hit, "Jackie Blue," which ended up peaking at number three on the pop chart. Although "Jackie Blue" is by far the least ...
| | Skeeter Davis Blueberry Hill/End Of The World CD (2004)
Hurtin' Inside/I Love You So Much It Hurts CD music
$9.55 2 LPs on 1 CD. BLUEBERRY HILL (1965)/THE END OF THE WORLD (1973).
In 2004 Collectables combined Skeeter Davis' 1965 album Blueberry Hill and her 1973 album The End of the World on one disc. Blueberry Hill finds Davis firmly in country-pop territory. Her strong vocals are surrounded by strings and syrupy arrangements and many of the songs are simple and corny ("The Little Music Box," "Lost to a Geisha Girl"). Davis sounds fully ...

Hurtin' Inside/I Love You So Much It Hurts album

| | Charlie Poole CDs (2005) (Import) United Kingdom
Hurtin' Inside/I Love You So Much It Hurts songs
$26.95 Charlie Poole wasn't a particularly brilliant banjo player (although his later three-finger-style picking would set the table for the advent of bluegrass banjo a couple of decades after his death), and he wasn't the world's greatest vocalist either, but he had a certain devil-may-care charisma that made ...

| | MollyLlama Albatross2 CD (2003)
Hurtin' Inside/I Love You So Much It Hurts CD music
$7.99 M Naghsh and D Fasano are MollyLlama. This fine duo's history spans 20 years and countless side projects. Mr. Naghsh and Mr. Fasano are originally from Kingston, New York. Both were in different bands at the time of MollyLlama's birth over pints of stout, grand schemes and tall tales at a nearby pub. Many years have passed but the music kept pulling them back into makeshift studios with an old 4-track recorder. Since those days the self-set standards of making better quality recordings prompted studio time both in upstate (Niki Records/Prospect Street Studios, Kingston, N.Y.), downstate (Prime Time Studios, Pelham, N.Y.) and down south (Richter Studios, Orlando, Fl.). The basic rhythm tracks were recorded in the studio and most of the final tracks and mixing were done at Esta's Hideaway, Mr. Naghsh's home studio in NYC.Mr. Naghsh: guitars, bass, keyboards, vocalsMr. Fasano: drums, percussion, samples, piano---------Reviews:Albatross2, MollyLlama's first ep-length cd, is moody, energetic, and raw at times. These songs evoke film noir, alienated youth clinking glasses in a dark lounge, or vampires following you down a silver-lit alley. MollyLlama tells the story of the smoky memories of my own late-night clubbing during the 1980s. The band has both inherited the teachings of Killing Joke, Joy Division, Bauhaus, and Gang of Four, and joined bands like Sigur Ros, Radiohead, and Mogwai in receiving these teachings while successfully merging their own richly textured sounds and post-punk sensibilities. This duet of Kingston high-school buddies spans hundreds of miles and 20 years.
