5 stars Very good idea from Philips records.
This is a good studio recording of February 1985 in a Co-production with l´Opera de Lyon, France. The cast conform by seventeen singers, the Monteverdi Choir, the Orchestre de l´Opera de Lyon was conducted by John Eliot Gardiner. Total playing time is 101:59 minutes.
