FERGUSLIE PARK is the debut album by British folk-pop duo Stealers Wheel, featuring Gerry Rafferty.

Ferguslie Park was recorded after a dizzying string of changes in Stealers Wheel -- co-founder Gerry Rafferty's exit soon after finishing the group's first LP, his replacement by Luther Grosvenor and the delayed climb of "Stuck in the Middle with You," Rafferty's return, and the firing of all involved and the reduction of the group to its founding duo of Rafferty and Joe Egan. The resulting album, recorded with some nine support players (including ex-Herd members Gary Taylor and Andrew Steele, plus guitarists Joe Jammer and Bernie Holland), conductor/arranger Richard Hewson in support, and Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller producing, is an upbeat if somewhat less focused work than its predecessor -- the mix of hard rock ("What More Could You Want") and lean, melodic songs ("Good Businessman") highlighted by lush choruses, and augmented with occasional spacy digressions such as the shimmering percussion-based interlude between "Wheelin'" and "Waltz (You Know It Makes Sense)," makes this a surprisingly diverse body of music. There wasn't a hit single to be found here, however, which meant that listeners had to find the album on their own; there are moments that anticipate (albeit distantly) Rafferty's solo work, including some well-placed sax breaks, and also jagged, bluesy guitar in all sorts of unexpected places, such as behind the tuneful organ on "Blind Faith" (and the "Shakin' All Over" riff even makes a veiled appearance on "Good Businessman"). ~ Bruce Eder

Krazed Entertainment Presents.....The New LegendsThis album was 10 years in the making and it took over 5 million words to get it right. We wrote this album as a trilogy and this is the first installment to the masterpiece. The name New Legends itself is an oxy-Moran. How can we be new and legendary at the same time? But in the words of G-13 we're trying to commit to spitting the un-spiten. This is not a gangster rap album; this is not a West Coast formal album this is a positive album with a negative tone. My son is on the cover (top right) so this album had to be something I am proud of. We started this project in 1995 with me, Mike Da Middle Check, as a solo album. My cousin, G-13 flowed on a legendary track called "The First". G-13, who I never heard flow killed it. I told him your next, but I spent my whole budget on recording so 50 people have Krazed Entertainment's first project The Split Sign. With no budget and no more albums I had to regroup so I left to Seattle and emerged myself in the DJ rave scene. I listened to all old school albums and I mean real music such as Al Green, Tower of Power and the Temptations. I listened to rock, jazz and techno and learned how to count bars and figured out how to put albums together. I listened to over 700 albums then came back to California; it was time to get to work! This is the project that is the result. This is the second best thing in our lives next to family, we're going to take it back to break dancing, beat-box, free styling on the streets and block party's. G-13's birth started at the age of 15 when he was drunk at a house party with a DJ in open-mic. Little did he know that his slurred drunken slang would bring the party to bounce as one collective unit? From that day on 13 never flinched at a chance to freestyle or enter a battle; this is where we enter with Mike the middle man check. Check told 13 that he was in the process of creating his own album. They did one song together and Check shortly disappeared. Humbled by the fact that he felt his own cousin would just use him and leave without a word 13 then stopped challenging every ...
