| Nice traditional tsugaru shamisen with some modern touches
The Yoshida Brothers play Japanese shamisen (a stringed instrument) of a type known as "tsugaru", mostly in traditional settings. On this second album (doubtless another compilation of multiple releases in Japan, as was their first U.S. disc), they add some strings here and some beats there to give a modern touch to some of the tracks.
