5 stars this album is fantastic if you understand the german language and the ambiance it was created in. It depicts real life situations of the songs performed. By smskauf (Delray Florida) This review is for a different format.
Classic Metal Good pounding riffs and some Metallica like rhythms make you wanna rock. Love the computer sound effects in some of their songs. A must buy. An instant classic. By a reviewer (Kingsville, Tx) This review is for a different format.
Rammstein's finest I remember when I first bought this cd I was blown away. The only way the songs on this album could be any better is to see Rammstein play them live, which I thankfully did in 2001. Best songs: whole album. Although Rammstein is still my favourite band with NIN,I think that any hardcore Rammstein fan is doing themselves a favour by checking out Eisbrecher which r quickly becoming one of my favourite bands. Think of oldschool Rammstein(Sehnsucht, Herzeleid, Mutter). By justin (Melbourne, Australia) This review is for a different format.
Brilliant Excellent music. rip reb and vodka By Ulv.Yngling (COLORADO) This review is for a different format.

Herzeleid CD (1996)
Sehnsucht CD music Rammstein's first album was about what was to be expected from a bunch of Germans who happily grew up on everything from Skinny Puppy to Depeche Mode to Laibach and back again, not to mention plenty of skull-crushing metal straight up. Precisely brutal and often brilliantly arranged -- the band aren't per se inventive, but ...
