This CD set combines two albums from the R&B group the Jones Girls: third album GET AS MUCH LOVE AS YOU CAN (1981) and fourth album KEEP IT COMIN'" (1984).
This 2004 reissue package includes the hit "Night Over Egypt."

Get As Much Love As You Can/Keep It Comin' Music Review Average Rating: (4.7 out of 5 stars)   THE WORLD'S GREATEST SINGING GROUP
No other girl group could ever match The Jones Girls for perfect diction and pitch, nor choice of material. The title track of their 3rd album, Nights Over Egypt, The World Will Sing Our Song, Keep It Comin, etc could never sound like this coming from another group. The covers of Jones Girls songs sound ok, but none could ever come close to the original versions. The Jones Girls are quite possibly the most underrated group around. My all time favorite song is At Peace With Woman, and my all time favorite albums are Get As Much Love As You Can and At Peace With Woman. Musically and lyrically it just doesn't get any better than this and their other CD which combines their first and second albums. If you know anything about soul music I highly recommend any albums or cd's by the best all around group "THE JONES GIRLS"

A Testament Of True Vocals
The Jones Girls I must confess is my all time favourite girls group - No Destiny's Child, SWV, Xscape (who beautifully covered one of Jones Girls original 'Who can I run to'), or En Vogue (my second all time fav.) can be compared to these girls. This compilation put together two of their amazing albums and I am ever so proud to have bought it. The groovy 70 sound is a killer - makes me wish I was born in the 60s to be old enough to experience such delightful music when just released. No one who buys this album can come off disappointed..infact you will be left craving more.
