This production was recorded when the artist made history in Puerto Rico and presented the best show of the year in the Roberto Clemente Coliseum in 2003. Artists include a full band directed by Eduardo Reyes, with Glory, Hector & Tito, Tego Calderon, Gallego, Franky J, Andy Montanez, and others. The work of Don Omar has spread across the globe, with listeners quickly picking up on his infectious Latin rhythms. His albums have sold in huge quantities, but it's in the live arena that he's best experienced. In October 2003 a camera crew filmed the charismatic star as he took to the stage at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum in Puerto Rico, and the show is included here in its entirety. Don Omar - The Last Don Live video
$7.09 For over three generations, El Chavo del 8 has charmed Spanish-speaking audiences the world over with its wildly zany appeal. A Mexican television landmark still on syndication to this very day, the series is a winning formula of slapstick comedy and social commentary that is reminiscent of The Little Rascals. El Chavo is an eight-year-old (played by a full-grown adult male) who practically lives inside a barrel in the courtyard of a community filled with loony but memorable characters. This second volume of THE BEST OF EL CHAVO DEL 8 compiles some of the series' best loved moments from its 30-year history, including "Billetes de Loteria," ...

| | Don Omar Da Hit Man Presents Reggaeton Latino CD (2005)
Don Omar - The Last Don Live movie DVD
$11.99 By 2005, Don Omar was one of the biggest figures on the reggaeton landscape, thanks to the anthem "Reggaeton Latino," a song from the CHOSEN FEW compilation that proved a huge hit. A remix version, which features lyrics in English and guest spots by Fat Joe and N.O.R.E., was also a hit, and further heightened Omar's profile via the corresponding video on MTV. That remix kicks off this collection, which also features ten tracks of Omar's by-now familiar reggaeton sound. With its mixture of hip-hop beats, dancehall-inspired rhythms, and lyrics en Espanol, DA HIT MAN PRESENTS REGGAETON LATINO is sure to have a wide appeal in urban centers across the Americas. The "Chosen Few Remix" of "Reggaeton Latino" had been a hit song and video for months before Da Hit Man Presents Reggaeton Latino finally showed up in late 2005, compiling that song along with other Don Omar miscellanea. About a third of the songs on this compilation are among Omar's best-known hits to date, which gives this album a greatest-hits feel. In particular, the opening run -- "Reggaeton Latino," "Dile," "Ella y Yo," and "Pobre Diablo" -- were all major hits for Omar. The subsequent eight inclusions aren't as significant, but there are a couple further highlights, including a number of collaborations. Overall, Reggaeton Latino functions primarily as a stopgap release designed to capitalize on the success of the title ...
| | Don Omar King Of Kings CD (2006)
Don Omar - The Last Don Live video
$10.99 Released in mid 2006, KING OF KINGS finds Don Omar challenging fellow Puerto Rican superstar Daddy Yankee for the reggaeton throne. While the opening track, "Intro: Predica," presents Omar energetically rapping en Espanol over the string lines of the self-appointed "hip-hop violinist," Miri Ben-Ari, "Belly Danza" (featuring Beenie Man) works a lively dancehall vibe. Of course, Omar is sure not to leave more traditional Latin sounds behind, as evidenced by several frenetically rhythmic tracks--including "Cuentale," to name just one--on this assured and dynamic album. King of Kings sure doesn't seem like only Don Omar's second album proper. In the three years since The Last Don, his impressive debut album from 2003, he remained omnipresent. A live album (The Last Don: Live), a couple one-off hits ("Pobre Diabla," "Reggaeton Latino"), and an odds-and-ends compilation (Reggaeton Latino) kept him continually at the forefront of reggaeton, as did persistent media attention. Yet indeed King of Kings is only Omar's second album, which only adds to the sense of why it feels like such a remarkable achievement. It's a major statement, for sure, ...
