Andrea Bocelli long ago set the standard for "crossover" classical tenors, and ANDREA proves yet again that when it comes to ultra-romantic singing, no one does it better. Longtime collaborators Francesco Sartori, Mauro Malavasi, and Celso Valli provide more of the soaring operatic-style ballads and lush production work familar to Bocelli's fans. "Dell'Amore Non Si Sa," "Liberta," and "Tu Ci Sei," among others, are tailor-made for his warm, rich tone and velvety phrasing. Bocelli also enlists some new songwriting talent for a slight change of pace, notably with the flamenco-flavored "Sin Tu Amor" and the atmospheric "Per Noi," as well as "Go Where Love Goes," a duet sung in English with vocal prodigy Holly Stell. Covers of Enrique Iglesias's "Un Nuovo Giorno" (known in English as "The First Day of My Life") and Lucio Dalla's "Quante Volte Ti Ho Cercato" show that the superstar singer doesn't stray far from the usual path; Bocelli knows what his adoring public clamors for, and he never disappoints. Smooth, suave, and sexy, ANDREA is sure to set a multitude of hearts throbbing.

 Andreal Bocelli with out the Oomph
This CD had a few mediocre songs, and a couple of good songs, but nothing really great when it comes to Bocelli's voice range.
The impact just wasn't there.
His picture on the case, however, was worth *****.

When my 4 year old granddaughter insist on hearing Andrea over all the other choices. I know this guy's voice can touch all hearts!

he is a bad singer with uneven tone and lack of technique.Anyone with educated ear will tell you the same. For the common people he sounds wonderful.do some research with opera singers and bel canto teachers and you will thank me

Most definitely...
I don't see how anyone can say Andrea Bocelli is a bad singer. His voice and music are so much friggen better than the legions of pop-trash musicians out there today.
Anyway, if you have an ear for good music, buy this album. End of story.

Unfairly labeled a hair-metal band, Tesla was always closer to the spirit of vintage 1970s hard rock. When the group released 1994's BUST A NUT, grunge rock was in full swing, and the Sacramento quintet subsequently took their curtain call, keeping busy with low-profile side projects. Testing the waters in 2000, Tesla launched a successful reunion tour, proving the band's enduring appeal. INTO THE NOW stands as their first full-length studio effort in 10 years.
The core of Tesla's sound has been updated with a fresh and contemporary flavor, but it's still very much their own. Jeff Keith's voice retains its heartfelt grit and grease, while guitarists Frank Hannon and Tommy Skeotch have noticeably absorbed some nu-metal influences in the band's downtime. Downtuned, post-grunge riffs drive tracks such as "Miles Away," "Mighty Mouse," and the aptly named title track. Still, Tesla are truly in their element when they tap into the vibe that's endeared them to legions of fans, best evidenced in future classics "Caught Up In A Dream" and "What A Shame."
