1 star More for your boyfriend than you
This workout was very amusing, but the end was ridiculous. It had slow motion! How can you follow along when she's doing slow motion. I definitely wouldn't pay the entire amount, get it on Netflix.

This dvd makes striptease very easy to learn. This one is the basics. It's not a workout video exactly but you are bound to get toned if you do it. Lots of fun too.
