| Great Effort By Mac/Nice Movie!
As fan of Mac since he started as a stand up comedian, I was quite impressed with his acting and he was quite convincing as a baseball player.

| The most unfunny sportscomedy I've seen
REBOUND with Martin Lawrence is a masterpiece in comparison... This movie is supposed to be a drama-comedy but it fails in both aspects, it's not funny couse there aren't any good goofs in it (hardly any tries at it) and it's not dramatic becouse Bernie Mac plays a snob who thinks he's number one and treats everybody like dirt, and you are suppose to root for this guy? Now That's Funny!

at first, i thought this movie looked really corny, so i never really got interested in watching it. one day, i watched it and was suprised to find it was actually really funny.
