Snake Eater: Song From Metal Gear Solid Soundtrack
$22.95 Raccoon City has somehow fallen victim to a zombie outbreak and it's up to you as either police officer Leon Kennedy, or Claire Redfield (sister to Chris Redfield from RE1), to find out what's going on. The adventure, which takes place in 3D using pre-rendered backgrounds, drags you through spooky crash sites, abandoned buildings, experiments gone wrong and more -- all the while battling undead monstrosities, solving puzzles and, most of all, trying to stay alive. Lots of weapons and other gadgetry allow for some truly disgusting mayhem. RE2 for GameCube is a port of the Dreamcast ...
| | Jersey Boys CD (2005) Original Broadway Cast
Snake Eater: Song From Metal Gear Solid Soundtrack
$10.75 Broadway musical JERSEY BOYS brings to the stage the story of 1960s singing sensations Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, recounting their rise from working-class kids to pop-music superstars. The soundtrack, naturally, is filled with Four Seasons hits, including timeless classics like "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," and "December 1963 (Oh, What A Night)." Interspersed between the songs are snippets of dialogue from the play, and the actors playing the Four Seasons nail the group's famous vocal harmonies impressively. JERSEY BOYS is ...

| | Lonnie Mack Memphis Wham! CD (1999)
Snake Eater: Song From Metal Gear Solid Soundtrack
$15.05 Contains the Fraternity LP THE WHAM OF THE MEMPHIS MAN (1963) plus 13 rare singles and unreleased tracks.
At first glance, this might seem like nothing more than a retread of the classic The Wham of That Memphis Man, as the disc includes all 14 songs from that album. This is a quality upgrade/supplement to that record, though, adding 11 more tracks of 1963-1967 vintage from both rare singles and previously unreleased outtakes. This is hardly filler that only collectors will care about; it's good stuff, sometimes ace stuff, that's almost all on the same level of The Wham. "Oh, I Apologize," a cover of an obscure Barrett Strong track, is white soul singing on par with Mack's best vocal efforts, while "Cry, Cry, Cry" is a great instrumental version of a Bobby "Blue" Bland number; both of these cuts, unbelievably, were not released prior to this CD. The singles "Say Something Nice to Me" and "Save Your Money" (from 1964 and 1967) are more filet of white soul, and "Tension Pts. 1 & 2" (a 1966 single) another cool roadhouse instrumental. Some of the rare add-ons are less essential than others (like the instrumental reading of the Beatles' "From Me to You"), but taken together it's certainly the best Mack collection, enhanced by Bill Millar's informative liner notes. By the way, in one of those inexplicable occurrences bound to cause collectors to run around in circles, the song ...
| | Miami Vice II CD (1986) Original Soundtrack
Snake Eater: Song From Metal Gear Solid Soundtrack
$7.09 As a cultural movement, Miami Vice defined many of the visual aspects of popular entertainment. Michael Mann's classy cop show also put music front and center; in particular, songs which dictated plot, mood, and action. Like most sequels, Miami Vice II doesn't touch the first soundtrack, ...
| | Tom Petty Pack Up The Plantation: Live CD (1986)
Snake Eater: Song From Metal Gear Solid Soundtrack
$12.65 Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers: Tom Petty (vocals, acoustic, electric, 6- & 12-string guitars); Mike Campbell (electric, 12-string, lap steel & slide guitars); Howie Epstein (mandolin, bass, background vocals); Benmont Tench (keyboards, background vocals); Stan Lynch (drums, background vocals).
Recorded live at various locations during Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers' 1985 tour.
Captured in concert in their mid-'80s "eclectic" phase, backed by horns and female vocalists, Petty and the Heartbreakers get to show more sides of their personality than the confines of a studio recording generally permit. That's most obvious in the preponderance ...
